I. STEP ONE:
LET'S BE FRIENDS
We don’t believe that photography is one-size-fits-all! We know that Serap Seker Experience is unique, and we work VERY hard to find them! We serve a very specific type of families who recognize that if they want joyful, genuine portraits of their kids & them, then they need more than just pretty pictures. They need an incredible EXPERIENCE! The first step towards working with us is determining if we are the perfect fit for you!
II. STEP TWO: CONSULTATION
Yay!! Now, let’s make sure your date is safe and secure so that we can make your session a reality!!! We’ll send you a custom online booking proposal & contract where you can review your package and pay your deposit to make everything official! It’s time to get started!!
III. STEP THREE: YOUR SESSION
We'll ensure we're completely prepared and ready for your session! We'll send you a client guide which includes everything about the session. So you'll be prepared, relaxed & calm. We have everything for your baby and you. After the session day, you'll get your sneak peeks.
IV. STEP FOUR: YOUR GALLERY
After your session, you will receive an online gallery and a mobile app! We encourage our families to sit down with a glass of wine (maybe something else for the new moms) the night their gallery goes live and enjoy reliving their session day through their images! Soon after your gallery is delivered, you will choose images for detail editing.
V. STEP FIVE: Enjoy Your Albums, Prints & Wall Art – Turn Your Memories Into Timeless Heirlooms

Answers to Your Questions
I. When to Book Your Maternity/Newborn Session?
ASAP. I take a limited number of sessions per month and ONLY ONE SESSION a day - This is our GOLDEN RULE. The
booking is based on your estimated due date. Newborn
sessions are unique because they’re best within the first few
weeks of life.
II. How to Secure Your Date & Time:
A non-refundable retainer invoice will be sent at the time of booking. Receipt of payment
guarantees the time and date allotted for you. Remaining
balance is due by your scheduled session date. You may pay
online or with cash/check at the start of your session. We also offer PAYMENT PLANS.
III. How to Prep for your Newborn Session:
The Newborn Session Client Guide will be sent before your
scheduled session date. Please review to help make for a
smooth, stress-free and successful session.
IV. How to order Prints & Products:
You can place print orders through your online gallery! These
are printed through a professional color lab and will be
shipped right to your doorstep! 📩 Need help choosing? We’re happy to assist you in selecting the perfect products to match your home’s style and ensure your memories are displayed beautifully.

V. Can I buy additional edited photos or the entire gallery seperately?
Yes, you can - Here are the add-on prices:

VI. Do you offer newborn home-sessions?
Yes, we only provide newborn home sessions for the Newborn Investment package. We bring everything needed for the session, all in the comfort of your home. :)
VII. What Happens After The Session?
You'll get sneak peeks within 24 hours:) We can't wait to share the first photos with you:) 4 weeks after your session, I'll send an email with a link to your gallery with basically edited images. You'll choose your favourites for detail editing and I'll edit them within 4 weeks and deliver them to you. From the gallery, you can download the files, back them up, and
safely print them in any size using our Print Store.
VIII. What's Your Booking Policy?
In order to reserve a session date, you must complete the client questionnaire, sign
the photography agreement, and submit payment for your session fee. No session dates
or plans will be confirmed until all three are completed.
